3. Spend five minutes each day and one hour each week doing something that makes living in the house a little bit better
4. Take responsibility for my Areas of Responsibility
5. Lead a big project once a year to improve quality of life in the house
6. Participate in co-creating gifts for the wider community, like the annual Halloween party
7. Attend at least ten of the monthly house meetings a year
8. Be physically present at least three quarters of the year and be reliably involved when away
9. Make space for someone to take my place if I am not able to hold myself to these commitments
